Refund Policy
Return and exchange policy:
- Handmade products cannot achieve perfection. Defects within a reasonable range, such as a small amount of color mixing, minor scratches, misaligned side color bars, and raised injection points, do not affect use and are not considered quality issues.
- If the received goods have serious damage or quality problems, please contact customer service for consultation within 14 days of receiving the goods, and we will reply within 3 working days. Customer service email: zhouqinjiushishuai@163.com
- If you use a third-party shipping company for shipping, we will not be responsible for any damage or delay to the goods.
Return process:
1.Please contact customer service email to create a return order number and obtain the corresponding return address before returning the item.
2.Please pack the goods in the original cardboard box and send them to the return address. Please choose a shipping method with a traceable tracking number. We are unable to track or return non trackable packages for you.
3.After shipment, please send the original order number and the return tracking number to the customer service email.
4.The refund amount will be refunded within 10 working days after receiving the return.
